Mangrove Bay Design & Lighting Studio

Serving homeowners and developers throughout Central Florida—including Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Orlando—Mangrove Bay Design & Lighting Studio provides full‑service building and interior design from concept through construction. Located at 145 Canal St Suite 9, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, the studio blends artistic vision with practical expertise to create custom homes and spaces that reflect each client’s needs, budget, and lifestyle.

The firm’s design process begins with an in‑depth consultation to understand the client’s goals. From there, Mangrove Bay develops detailed floor plans, construction documents, electrical layouts, interior elevations, and material‑finish specifications. All documentation is organized for easy interpretation by contractors and tradespeople, ensuring a smooth transition from design to build. The studio also assembles complete lighting concepts, curates furnishings, and can manage purchasing and delivery of fixtures and décor.

Throughout the project, the team coordinates with trusted contractors and artisans, overseeing the work to keep the design intent, schedule, and budget on track. Emphasizing cohesive aesthetics, sustainable material choices, and functional solutions, Mangrove Bay aims to maximize the client’s investment while addressing health and energy considerations. In addition to building design, the studio offers interior design services, lighting consulting, and a curated lighting store for clients seeking tailored illumination solutions.
