Horrible customer service. Bert was completely rude.

Working with Zack and Andy was smooth and took care of everything. My building is the talk of the town..

Poor service customer service is only for thier kind of people 😂 I bought 3 buildings and they deliver trash to me. They recommended a guy name Ralph to put the buildings together and he verified that it was the first time he sees a building being delivered in such poor quality. They sent an incomplete order pieces were missing screws nuts etc. I do not recommend this place mega sonic boom 💥 I bought my buildings a few years ago I’m sure you remember me from California

My wife and I decided to build our dream home and workshop in SW Florida using steel as the structure. We were referred to MBMI Metal Buildings for the engineering and manufacture by not only Stacee Lynn "The Barndominium Lady" but from a couple friends along with their great Google reviews. I couldn't say enough about my experience with the completion of the workshop, from the customer service to the response time from Brent Joy and his team Andy and Sally.
