Just had our camper cover put up 10 24 25. They did a excellent job. Great guys that put it up. Very well please with it. Very well built! I highly recommend metal building experts!

Liars and would not recommend, customer service is terrible and unprofessional. We purchased our building on 9/10/2024 and were told it would be about 4-6 weeks before they could start. We live in GA and were aware that they would be coming from NC to build and was fine with the 4-6 weeks we were given. My husband was first contacted in the middle of October stating they would start on 10/31. The day before they were supposed to start, he was contacted by Victoria with their 1st delay excuse that the truck broke down and they would call us to reschedule. OK, we get it, trucks break down. We never received a call to reschedule, my husband placed several calls and left voicemails before he was finally able to get ahold of Ashley. 2nd delay excuse per Ashely was that they were waiting on another customer in our area to get their site ready as they wanted to do both ours and that customers during the same trip and would contact us with a date but that we had been prioritized and would be first on the list. Again, no one ever contacted with a rescheduled date, calls and voicemails were left again until finally my husband got ahold of Ashley again, she rescheduled for 12/3 and said that they would arrive between 8am – 9am. 12/3 came and my husband was waiting for them to arrive, at 8:40am Ashley called with the 3rd delay excuse that the roads were icy and that it would be delayed until the next day (12/4 to arrive between 8am – 9am). They did finally arrived on time on 12/4, the crew was very polite and professional, and it appears to have done a good job, they worked without any breaks to get the job done. Once they were done with the build and my husband went to settle up on the final balance with the foreman, he asked the foreman when did they get down here and was the roads any better since there were icy the day before (according to Ashley). He told my husband, his crew and him had arrived several days ago and had worked on another job in the area yesterday. Lies…she flat out lied to my husband about the day before and now we wonder if any of the other excuses were even legit or maybe it was because we just never caught them in the lie on those. I would never recommend Metal Building Experts out of Mount Airy NC to anyone.

Terrible company. Left screws and shards of medal throughout the work space and driveway. Called them and asked them to come clean it up, came out a week later without saying anything so of course nobody was home. Called back to have them come out and they told me it will be another week. All after being told they are sure they cleaned up after themselves… this is all just what was saved and not thrown out.

This place is terrible stay far away, extremely poor customer services took 3 months to get them to come out, and always had an excuse they damaged secondary driveway and French drain and hit our shed with trailer, they deny responsibility for damage and they knew damage was done by them refused to let me talk to manager or owner!!!! SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!

One month from deposit paid to building installed. Price was reasonable vs others.

Installation went well, building went up day before Hurricane Ian and it's still standing straight and level. No trash left behind.

Although I am satisfied with our building, I am not satisfied with the customer service of this company. What was expected to be a 4-6 install date ended up being a 4-6 month wait; with no call or update. Building was also installed with missing trim, installers expected a sign off stating they would return when the trim came in. I called customer service and was told we would have our trim done in 2 weeks when it came in. Again, 2 weeks turned into 5 months of waiting. They finally showed up 5 months later without a call to touch base that we would be there. Thankfully we were home that day and had not left for work yet! I called customer service to ask if they planned to call us to let us know, they did not seem to care claimed that it had taken so long because they don’t do a lot of jobs in our area… if you are looking for a metal building, go elsewhere. This was an absolute nightmare. I’m glad it is finally over, almost a year later.

I left one star because it wouldn't allow you to leave "no" stars. The low rating is solely due to poor customer service. Victoria has no customer service skills at all, she is rude and condescending. Also keep in mind this business is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I filed a complaint with them and they never received a response from "Metal Building Experts".
