Decent spot to pick up as a trucker. Tarping yard/ overnight parking across the road. Staff are great, loaders work with the driver. Be prepared to wait in line at every stage though and it gets very congested.

Metalmax is the Best! I’ve been buying metal from them for about 15 years now. They have good pricing. Quality materials. customer service and communication is great. I had a special request for a delivery and they were booked on that day so VP Walt Robinson and Production Manager Ricky personally delivered it. I’ve always been impressed with there knowledge of there products and how they go far and beyond to insure their customers get what they need, when they need it.

Not too happy with the customer service here. Started calling on Monday (left a voicemail), Called 5 times on Monday(7/8/24) then again on Tuesday, and finally spoke with someone who got some prices and info. I emailed them the info needed (sent a follow-up email yesterday) and didn't get a response until today when I called to find out he was waiting on the back shop people... then sat on hold for the majority of our 10-minute call. Feeling annoyed I called Watsons Metal only to get cheaper prices and better customer service.
