Founded in 1975 by Macedonian machinists Josif and George Atanasoski, Microflex Inc. has grown into a global supplier of metal expansion joints, metal bellows, and flexible‑braided metal hose. Operating from a fully integrated 120,000‑plus‑square‑foot manufacturing campus at 1800 U.S. Rte 1, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, United States, the company combines design, engineering, and production under one roof.
Microflex’s in‑house engineers develop products ranging from ¼‑inch to 30‑inch metal hose and braid, 1‑inch to 200‑inch metal bellows, and custom pipe‑bending services for diameters between 1 and 6 inches. The facility houses advanced metal‑forming, wire‑braiding, machining, and pipe‑bending equipment, as well as a 20‑ton crane and extensive machine‑shop capabilities for welding to ASME Section IX, pipe and duct fabrication, surface preparation, and painting.
