Ordered late in the season, so I understand completely the lead time being extended. I also understand inclement weather causing delays. I was completely fine being rescheduled for my installation from a Friday to the next Monday because the installation teams were pushed back due to the snow. However, what I don't understand is that scheduled Monday, having no communication whatsoever. The installation team never showed up. Called the scheduling department to try and figure out what's going on. I was told I would be called back while they figured out where they were. I'm called back, told that they couldn't get ahold of the install team, and they think maybe they'd be here 2 days later on Wednesday. The team showed up on Wednesday, while I was at work and I had to leave work early so they could start work. I was told I did not have to be there, but the install team needed me there. I sign what is required and show them where I want it, and I leave to go back to work (overnight shift) and they finish the work. I come home the next morning and find trash, cigarette butts, scrap metal and worst of all, hundreds of screws all over my driveway. See the attached images. Driveway and property trashed. Took over an hour with a magnet and I'm still finding screws.

I will say that my sales representative/project manager, Alejandro, was great and extremely helpful. He is where my good experiences with the company ended. He continually helped me tweak my project and completely start over when my plans changed.

Purchased my carport from Midwest Steel and am thrilled with the quality and fit. Wanted to buy locally from a reputable company and Midwest Steel fit the bill. Price, quality and workmanship made this a great investment.
