I was surprised and happy to see so many good reviews on this company. Wish I could be one of those. The metal panels on the garage Midwest Steel Carports built for us are melting and buckling. Buckling so bad there are places the seams are gaping. All gaps are showing daylight. I don't know of one single person who has a metal garage that is experiencing this problem. What is worse is that we can't get any help from Daniel Pena to get this fixed. Lots of emails and phone calls over an eight week period but no help at all. If possible, I would go back in time and select a different company. Not at all pleased with the choice we made. If Midwest Steel Carports make things right, this review will be changed.

I can not say enough about Midwest Steel. I was the worst customer ever. I could not make up my mind what I wanted. I ran into issues getting the site ready. And when to schedule the build. And Carlos and Emely stayed with me the whole way, and had patience with me as I stumbled through the process.

When the construction crew showed up, they were fantastic. Did the whole thing in one long day. It was a hot day, and then of course it rained for an hour or so. They stayed for 13 hours to get it all done. And the clean up was spectacular. I could not find even one screw or scrap metal anywhere the next day.

Great Job! Building was placed exactly where I wanted it without getting into much detail with the crew. I was Impressed! Enjoyed the experience of having the guys on my property. This is my 3rd building from Midwest & have had great success with them Thanks Again!

This company is awesome. We do not have any complaints. Each phase of constructing our building was handled extremely professional. They handled every detail. Eleno's team was hard working and catered to every detail of the building. This team of four only took 5 days to complete the building. We are extremely pleased. We will recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Since ordering our new barn in the spring of 2025 through completion has been a wonderful experience. They kept us updated on progress and they checked in with us several times while we got our space prepared and concert poured, making sure we on track for the eventual install. 3 months later, the AAA Installation showed up a day early,(with our permission of course) and had it completed in approximately 36 hours. These guys were not just installers they were a well oiled machine! They were nothing short of amazing. They took such care of their work and our project. They kept the area clear of all the sand, literally tapping it off on the edge of the concrete and even changing into different shoes as to not scratch or damage any of the piece or to get sand into areas that they needed to bolt into. I’m pretty sure they ran their leaf blower at least 1000 times to keep everything pristine and protected. The leader checked in with us a few times to talk us through placement and he even gave us some good advice on repositioning a door so it wouldn’t be opening into a snow bank later this winter. Great advice and we took it. We highly recommend not only Midwest Steel but request AAA Installation fir the contractor to install. They were amazing and fun to watch! They even took drone photos and printed one for us from their truck, before they left.

Had a barn built 4-5 years ago and absolutely love it! Recently had some pretty severe storm damage to it from a falling tree. So who do I call? MW Steel. Just here today and they went above and beyond my expectations in repairs and making it right again. The old girl is back to her glory and more. Wish all my interactions were half this great! Our neighbor had researched companies and had found and hired them for his carport. He stated they do garages and other buildings as well. He spoke very highly of this company and since he already did the research, we took his recommendation.

We would 100% recommend this business. The team is one of the hardest working, talented crew we have worked with! They are very professional and know exactly what to do and work seamlessly all doing their role.

The building material were available a day early and they asked if we would be interested in them starting that day or the preferred the scheduled day. We stated we would love the day early. They completed this portion in 8 hours. Our neighbors came down and complimented them on their work as well and how impressed they were.

The engineers determine how much snow load your area has and high wind speeds to determine how your building is structured.

My overhead door is a special order and they made us aware it is not in yet. I will update with how long the overhead door took to come and get installed.

Just do it — I took my neighbors suggestion and we would 100% recommend.

Midwest Steel recently finished a 22’ x 40’ steel structure for us in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin. The planning and construction process were streamlined with the expert assistance from Midwest team members Hector Montes, Norma Patricia Sanchez Perez and Roberto Ortiz.

We would definitely buy from Midwest Steel again.
