Horrible experience, long waits. We were planning to start with only the roof as it is a large building. There were many conversations that made it clear by the end of the project we wanted a fully completed barn. The steel for the roof finally arrived and they ordered the wrong color. Instead of making them send it back, we agreed to use that for siding. They never told us the trim around overhead doors, soffit and fascia should have been completed prior to siding. A quote for soffit and fascia was not discussed or received at that time, we were never informed of the proper sequence. As homeowners and not contractors, we did not know the proper sequence and should have been told BEFORE the siding went up. We did not know until a family member stopped out and said something. The crew didn’t speak English or pretended not to speak English when we tried to ask questions. My husband then immediately contacted the owner directly and asked him to come out and look at it and talk. I witnessed my husband telling Aaron face to face he was unhappy with how the work was done and he is denying any knowledge of there being issues. I later sent an official complaint in writing (which included a request for them to work with us on a resolution) via certified mail with confirmed delivery and they didn’t bother to respond. The incorrect sequence of how the work was completed led to an extra thousands of dollars to get it completed by someone else. The owner Aaron is a crooked liar and will deny entire conversations with you. He was told there were issues on the phone, in person, and in writing. He gave his word to make it right but never followed through. Don’t do business with this company- they only want your money and don’t care about doing right by their customers. It’s been over a year, we have paid in full, and they have been unwilling to do anything to make it right. They respond with “this is the first time any issues were brought to our attention,” which is a lie and we have proof. They never had any intention of making it right.

Midwestern Construction recently installed a new garage roof for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. A big shoutout to Brandon, our sales rep, whose communication and people skills stood out throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond—not only keeping us informed every step of the way, but even stepping in to assist the crew when needed. His dedication and willingness to ensure the job got done right really made a difference.

On the day of the install, we decided to add a soffit replacement to the project, in addition to the scheduled fascia work. Brandon didn’t hesitate—he went above and beyond what was asked to make sure it got done. He took the initiative to replace rotted wood and even added structural support to a section of soffit that previously had none. His attention to detail and commitment to quality most definitely stood out.

Aaron and his crew were fantastic. Explained everything they needed to do and why. ( I bought a very old fixer upper) Never left me hanging. Did my roof very promptly and then helped me with my gutter decisions. I would highly recommend this team if you need outside construction done. Very nice conscientious people.

Great experience with Midwestern construction inc they did an amazing job replacing my siding. The crew worked fast and everyone had a job and knew what to do. I have received many compliments on my home and I'm very happy with the results and I would 100% recommend and reuse.

Poor service. The employee who gave me the initial estimate and was in charge of my project Quit and the project stalled. It took many months to complete the project. No one followed up for a long time despite repeated calls to the representative.

Aaron's team did a great job replacing our roof when it was damaged. And the siding makes the whole house look like brand new!! Thanks again guys!!

My project became a series of unknown issues. As Aaron and Kurt worked hard to fix and repair each new issue they did so with knowledge and skill. I was kept informed and outcome is Great! Thanks
