Constructed many of the Woodstock Village apartments in Oshkosh (brand new). Lack of detail. Dirt and garbage in air ducts. Cabinets not secured. Doors not mounted. AC ducts not assembled correctly. TV mounting area not reinforced per contract, refused to correct. Shower lines clogged full of rocks. 1/4 inch gaps around every door that leads outside. Broken blinds. Refrigerator didn't work on day 1. Stove top pitted/chipped on day 1. Air vents not secured/falling off of the wall. Air intake duct not cut to specification (too small). No air filter in air handler. And much more.

The owners sent this company away and are working on getting a group in that does their work with care. I do not recommend Millennium Construction for any work, but especially new construction. 0/10.

This review is for an apartment community in Harrison Wi built by Millennium. I currently live in the oldest unit (completed in 2021). Poorly built, cheap materials & appliances, & finished sloppily. The laminate countertops in my kitchen have terrible seaming, cracks & discoloration; none of the (cheap) cabinets were shimmed or squared up - I’ve learned the hard way not to set loose eggs on the counter. The outer mitered seam catches clothing and skin. The LVP flooring shows divots in the subfloor. Cheap windows (howl in the wind despite being latched, water sits under the sills). The solid surface countertop in the secondary bathroom has a 3/4” gob of what appears to be drywall mud under outer corner between it and the cabinet - the cabinets that weren’t shimmed to level. So poorly insulated that the ground level entry to my 2nd floor apt is just as cold as outdoors (electric baseboard heat was installed after the fact - blocking an outlet - but heat rises to the luxurious but unnecessary 10’ ceiling). The inside corner of my garage and entry flooded earlier in the spring due to snowmelt coming off my neighbors’ car, which then seeped under the wall into my garage & then under my entry door sill (where there should’ve been a seal), instead of running AWAY from the living area because the concrete was graded incorrectly, and there is no drainage. Soaked a couple rugs, and nearly ruined belongings stored in the garage. If the utility door is closed while the furnace runs, that’s the only room that gets heated. No ductwork to the secondary bathroom. The only thing luxury is the gas fireplace (if one can afford to run it, it is quite nice), and it is a nice amount of space for the price. Close to the highway.

This company is responsible for constructing a townhouse complex that we recently moved into. The night that we moved in, we had substantial leaking from a light fixture in our bathroom. Screen doors did not work. There is water damage in bathroom and kitchen because there’s not proper caulking. Our toilet was not installed correctly and has not worked since moving in a month ago. These things are not nearly as frustrating as the lack of urgency to fix them. My family and I have been sorely disappointed with our experience. There is a clear priority to build as soon as possible so that money can be made as quickly as possible.

Working with Millennium on projects is always a pleasure. Jesse and the team are great at communicating where things are at. Highly recommend them.
