The initial inspection of my roof was more thorough than of the other contractors who inspected it. Before leaving, Manny explained all the problems he noted and how he would address them. He gave us a verbal estimate and followed up with a detailed written estimate which included all he had noted and addressed verbally. The cost was the same as his verbal estimate.

Installation took place on the date and time as scheduled. The workers were neat, courteous and professional. They answered questions asked and completed the job in one day. They left my property as they had found it...neat and clean. All that was set out in the written estimate was completed as described.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I would recommend MJT without reservation.

His crew arrived promptly at 7am and worked until 7pm. The roof was replaced within two days.
Not one speck of debris was left on the property after project completion. A small nick on our deck railing was repaired immediately. A fair quote, excellent communication including photos provided throughout the process, altogether an extremely positive experience.
