Terrible customer service for the Fletcher NC office. I have called for a quote six times and cannot get anyone to call me back. Very frustrating. I actually spoke to someone who answered the phone and they promised a sales person would call me back.

Just read thru a ton of these reviews, and I just love the “automatic” response from a computer!! So many are from 3-4 years ago, and no change! Been calling for 22 days and still zero help!! We need a repair, and Morton does not allow any ordering of materials without paying their crazy labor prices and signing a contract. I need to get materials asap (still takes 4-6 weeks) as hurricane HELENE took out the backside of our business. You would think under the circumstances they would be more helpful, but no. Lord help any of the few 5 star people if they ever need anything repaired. Anything over one thousand dollars MUST have labor attached…and their labor is almost as high as their materials!!! Do NOT buy a MORTON BUILDING!!!

If you're serious about a project, you just need to stop by and talk to someone in person. We've been very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team in Fletcher. Plus, Morton Buildings are the best.

To my knowledge there are good Morton Builders offices/locations… this is not one of them. I was planning to do a VA build. I outright own the land and came with rough blueprints in hand since my uncle is an architect. First red flag was calling 3 times without getting a response. When I finally got a response I thought OK maybe they were just busy let’s give this a chance. I sent them the very easy VA builders packet… In over 2 months they didn’t finish the VA packet to become a VA certified builder. I talked to other contractors that said it took them 1-2 weeks max when they got VA certified. There were also times I’d ask a question directly to my contractor and get left on read for over a week. After 4 months of going nowhere I found a different company. It had been night and day! Save yourself MONTHS of time and frustration and do not use this location.

Had a quick pleasant conversation, information was sent quickly and im in the planning phase now.

I'm truly disappointed in the lack of communication. I've been TRYING to get a price since February and here we are August 2nd and nothing. The last response I've gotten was in April talking about how many weeks out it will take to get a price to me. 17 weeks, WEEKS and I have had no response.

I was let down... found out they not doing new builds till 2022

The salesman stopped by on his way to a vacation. He seemed rushed to get my details.

I had to call back a couple of times to actually get my quote. When I finally got it, the quote was 2.5x higher than the highest competitor.

I'm not sure if he got my details wrong or if they are just waaayyyy too pricey, but I'm not paying and extra $60k for the same building.

Well never called back and seem very confused that I called them back.
