Called to get a quote for a building to be built and the sales representative that called me back talked himself out of a sale. Just wanted a quote and he kept telling me that he’s more expensive than other builders. Proceeded to tell me that he was going to be over the others by 10k. Still wanted a quote but yet none was given. It’s like the sales representative didn’t want to make the drive or something.

We began our search for a builder last summer and settled on Morton Buildings for our structure based on several findings. First it has been a company in business for over a century and has an extensive research and development department which means many patents to support their excellent building. Many quality factors came into play such as their method of setting the poles, thickness of the steel, long warranty against paint fading to name a few. Evan as important was our salesman Brett Wilson who assisted with numerous suggestions to help with proper planning, placement of windows, doors, height of roof, color matches, placement of the building on the lot . Etc. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and felt Brett stood by me at every turn. The building crew also was excellent, neat, courteous and I never ever saw them smoking which I appreciated. We’ve received numerous compliments and even though the inside isn’t completely finished I want to express my thanks to erecting a building that is a credit to our home and neighborhood. As they all say it is perfect except for being too small. Job well done!!

Our experience with Morton Buildings was positive. They controlled every step from county inspections, subcontractors, and construction. We are very pleased with the end product, and neighbors stop by, who are interested in a building, and I don't hesitate to refer them to Morton.

MY experience with Morton Buildings was excellent. The product and engineering is excellent. In addition the building was erected so quickly that it was surprising. That was in part because of good planning and a work force dedicated to the product. Employees seem to be long term and very knowledgeable.

Addressed any questions I had in a quick professional manner

We've been trying to get service since February, 2021. In February, a rep came and took measurements for new doors on our existing Morton building and also noted warranty work needing done. In May, (after no word) we called again and found out he had been sick, retired, and his supervisor was to contact us and take over the account. No response from the supervisor. We've called again and left messages with the secretary in June, July and now August and no one will return phone calls. Clearly they do not stand behind any warranty work or want additional business.
