I would never hire Morton to do another job ever again. Terrible service and will not come back to finish the job. Live edges everywhere and half-done jobs all the way around. Terrible, terrible service.

Morton building has set a superior standard in the building world. The way they design ,sell, build and manage the projects are far beyond any other builder. As a buyer you must visit a morton builing in your area before you make a decision on a purchase. They truly make dreams happen...

I chose Morton buildings for their quality, having been around farms for years. I was pleased with the extra support I received from the Caldwell team. They assisted me in the site selection and what I needed to do to prep for construction. I am happy with my new building, and look forward to a larger second building this Fall. I value quality over price and service relationships after the sale. Well done.

Im interested in building a house in southern Ohio. After an initial contact in January I have not been able to get a response from them. I've seen some new buildings along 77 so maybe they're really busy, but the lack of response is concerning.

My wife and I wanted to build a house with Morton. We contacted the local Morton builder which is 2 hours away. We talked to the builder face to face in his office, showed him what floor plan we wanted. 2 weeks later he came out to our lot and said it looked good. That was the last time we spoke to him. We tried to get ahold of him for 3 months after the lot walk. We called and text him with no reply. We are now building with Schumacher.
