Couldn't get a response. Two phone calls to their receptionist. One call direct to a salesman's cell phone. One online inquiry. No responses over two weeks. A pity: I have a relative who's very satisfied with his building, but there's nothing worse than an unreachable contractor, so I'll be looking elsewhere.

Throughout the design and building process which included other 3rd party subcontractors, Morton onsite and management/employees were always available and responsive to any questions or issues that came up. The basic design with the energy performer package is high quality and should be very energy efficient. It should be said that Morton builds a very high-quality durable and well insulated (in my case) structure and not simply a barn. It definitely met and exceeded my expectations.

They evidently don't seem interested in business.. called corporate.. called local.. submitted online inquiry.. never heard back

Shawn was great in helping me design exactly what I needed. Very professional and to the point. Construction crew were all professional and very pleasant. They did a great job on my creation. Would highly recommend.

After 55+ years as a self employed general contractor, specializing in carpentry and restoration, I recognize quality materials and workmanship. Morton has it all.

We talked with Shawn, just looking for information. Ended up building our dream home. We could not be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everyone is very professional and polite. You can tell they really care about and enjoy what they do. I cannot recommend them enough. P.S. Ask about the warranty. It got me, hook, line, and sinker. :)
