Morton Buildings, Inc.

This place is a total joke. I recommend going anywhere else, When I went into the business, a secretary or receptionist was there, but no one else, she took my name and number and also gave me some brochures and said she would have someone call me about info on my projected build that I will be looking to do. Over a week went by before, I finally received a call, and he took some info over the phone and said he would get back to me. It's even over 3 weeks, and i still haven't heard back at all. I will be looking elsewhere for my project. I have in the past heard good things about their buildings, but apparently, things are not good there anymore. I'm glad I found out before money is involved.
My advice is to stay away from this business

My wife Heather and I purchased a 42'×16'×56' Morton Building in April of 2021. It was an absolute joy to work with our sales consultant Grant Melquist who was present literally every step of the way from start to finish. Why did we choose Morton Buildings? Outstanding quality! Even our electrician who has wired hundreds of sheds commented on how well built our shed was compared to another well known local builder. The high strength precast concrete columns that serve as the foundation for the building truly set Morton Buildings apart from the competition. Better still is the fact that every phase of construction is handled by Morton Buildings because they have partnered with other companies for site work, concrete, etc. How much do we enjoy our Morton Building? Put it this way, if we ever built another house, it would be a Morton Building!

Lack of experience and customer service. Hired them to do a large job... which still isn’t complete. General contractor was hired but basically hired another general contractor to do the job for him. So we could be paying 10% to GC and then another 10% to additional GC. Who knows what the actual percent is because they haven’t been able to be transparent even though that was promised. Very disappointing. There are very skilled companies and General contractors for hire....this is not one of them. Hoping with this review they are able to follow through on what was promised and get the job done.

Called numerous times can't get a call back for any type of bid pretty bad when you can even get a bid or even a call on buildings they specialize in p_$# porp
