As a steel erection company with over 20 years of experience, I can only brag on my friends at Kaufman Mueller. I have been using Mueller steel for 17 years and I have forged a working relationship that surpasses any and all previous metal suppliers. The quality of material is second to none and when there is an inevitable problem the salesmen and branch managers will do whatever to make it right. Mueller has slowly grown from its roots into a large competitor in the steel world but they have kept the family atmosphere and spirit alive. Kaufman Mueller is led by an outstanding branch manger, Vincent Guerrero, and has two salesman that are unrivaled by most. Clint Weaks and Lyle Penny are knowledgeable and willing to help. The warehouse staff is courteous and polite and eager to get you the right material loaded the first time. Johnny is one of the most down to earth and courteous people you will ever meet.

The store is clean and inviting and filled with samples of material for you to lay your eyes on, instead of looking online and wondering if that is the true color of the material. A lot of material is stocked on site and complete building systems can be delivered in weeks.

We’ve ordered everything from bardominiums to airplane hangers and school gyms. All with out a hitch. Most buildings can be computed onsite by the salesman and for the complex projects like airplane hangers and school gyms, Mueller has an excellent complex project division that is equally as easy to work with.

So i just recently bought a couple of things in Mueller inc.and i didn't like the way they treated me over the phone. I would say they need more manners with their customers over the phone,and in person. But i really want to appreciate the only guy that helped me and explained to me,i really didn't get his name because when i turned around to ask him he was gone. Thank you have a good day.
