Me and my husband got their 30x40 special with the concrete package and I couldn’t be more satisfied! They also offered insulation which was SO convenient because I’d rather not hire different contractors. Hardworking crew, and cleaned up after themselves well.

I don’t have enough time in the day to describe my experience with this place. Don’t take the chance. Take your money somewhere else. Two blind guys could have done better concrete. The building crew was the only positive thing I have to say. Customer service is non existent. The fill is pushing into my neighbors yard and 1/3 of my slab is slowly sinking. Was told it’s fine but refused to put anything into writing.

Hello back in June I hired Elite Concrete Solutions to put me in a cement slab and carport garage. His so called project manager came to my house twice to do measurements and contract and took my deposit. I was told I needed to order the building first before starting because other customers kept ordering buildings and people weren’t paying for them. I was told they get all their buildings through Muscle Steel Structures. I messaged Mr. Thomas Cole and asked him questions if he sold garages to Elite Concrete Solutions. I got a yes we do with the same name and phone number I had for this company. Being told my building was ordered and in and it could be delivered to me at anytime was a complete lie. You worked with elite Concrete solutions and told me not to worry and you hoped you could ease my nerves and you would help me anytime. We called you a few times but got no help. You knew he took our money and knew there were problems as you told me us on the phone. I have the messages if anyone wants to see them. I saw a message saying muscle steel structures isn’t associated with Elite Steel Structures which is a lie!! I trusted you as a business person and you lied to me also. And you belong to the BBB.

As of November 24, 2025 I have called, texted, and left messages after talking to a Muscle Steel Structures employee that assured me a manager or Thomas Cole would call me back regarding my situation. I have heard from no one. I know I’m not the only one out there!!! I have all my paperwork and messages for proof if anyone is interested in talking and I have no problem posting.
