Serving Pontiac, Michigan—and the wider Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan area—Nacy Engineering & Fabrication provides comprehensive metal‑working solutions from its 101 Walton Blvd. facility. The firm blends welding, custom fabrication, concrete footings, and full‑service steel erection to meet both residential and commercial demands. Projects range from high‑end residential architectural metalwork to mid‑size commercial structural steel, all supported by in‑house engineering using Catia, AutoCAD, and SDS2.

The shop’s capabilities include a 10‑ton overhead crane, a suite of Miller and Lincoln welders (including MIG, TIG, and spool‑gun machines), a 5 × 10 plasma table, CNC tube plasma cutter, 80‑ton press brake, hydraulic tube bender with DRO, and both manual vertical mill and lathe. Structural steel erection crews operate with dedicated trucks and welder‑generators, handling steel sections from 100 to 250 tons. Additional services cover custom aluminum and steel stair systems, cable and decorative railings, floating stairs, glass railings, and horizontal or vertical railing installations, as well as concrete footings and flat‑work.

I literally can't say enough about this company. I initially called to get a custom floating staircase for my house, then mentioned I would like cable railing for my outside deck.
They said the would custom make it to my specifications. They also installed custom glasses for my wine wall and master shower.
Everything turned out like a pice of art!! I couldn't be happier. And they installed and showed up when they said they would. Very rare these days.

They installed custom railings on a tiny home buildout I worked on. They did a fabulous job, super detail oriented workers who care about what they do.
