I probably could have bought a comparable building from a big box store for much, much less and it would have been sealed better than this building. You can see day light all around the inside of the building. I feel I was taken advantage of. I have to hire someone to come seal the building. I wish I could add pictures so you could see. Beware of this company. Very poor quality. Not sealed. Dealer said that's the way the come.......

I have never been treated so poorly. I do not recommend working with this company! When I requested information regarding their buildings and insulation, I was informed that sending me that information would be a waste, as I would not understand it anyway. Very Rude!

Do not have these people put your carports up!!! The enclosed areas do not go all the way to the ground on one, my dog can go underneath. Why would we enclose and insulate if we wanted outside exposure, needed another piece on bottom. We had 3 carports/buildings done, spent $40k and looks like toddlers erected them. Now we have to spend more $ to complete!! Disappointed!!

I originally had it scheduled for when I could be present. But I was contacted by the scheduler wanting to come early. I informed that I was fine that but wanted to be sure it would placed were I wanted she assured it would be no problem and they would call me when they arrived to my property. I marked the location with bright orange making paint and spoke with a technician when they arrived. According to our agreement, $150 charge if the concrete was not flat which I was fine with. But instead of installing the carport over the raised area it was installed on the flat surface. Obstructing access to my yard through the gate. Gate accesss from carport has been blocked over 30 days. Even more frustrating, no one has responded to my phone calls I have left several messages with the scheduler

When things did not go well with my experience they called, apologized and made things right. We have been happy to have somewhere to put our rv. It is a quality building we are happy with.

Initially, we were very happy with this service despite difficulty contacting the seller who is not affiliated with national steel buildings (NSB) but appears to work of contract. We were told in the beginning that they were 8-10 weeks out for erecting buildings and was sent the invoice like normal for 10% down which is non-refundable. Little did we know he did not send the back of the invoice which had extra terms and conditions one of which being that the actually company that supplies the material and labor (NDB)is not affiliated with this seller other than he sells the product. Any agreement or information you obtain from him does not fall back on the NSB corporation which is whose building you are actually buying. Had we saw the full terms and conditions before paying online via email we would have never went this route. Shady business dealings. In the additional information on the back there is two different sets of time frames that the NSB tries to erect the buildings, both if which they have bypassed. We are now 4 months out and have been forced to go the another route and are likely out the deposit. Plan to seek legal counsel due different how these extra "terms" are written and could potentially be lengthened indefinitly. If you have 6 months to 1 year to wait on a building then by all means use this company, but don't believe any time frame you are quoted in the beginning. When I called before decided to cancel out of contract the response I received was they were behind due to unforseen circumstances. Personally I believe they have to many sellers making deals to the point they can't keep up in a timely manner. I am even further behind and likely out the $3k deposit. BEWARE before going into any contract with this company.
