Had the building put up in June 24 and it has been pretty good to what I have expected. The only issue I have had is the garage doors I have had them out 2 times and the crew just acts like the loud squealing is normal. They should have just replaced the garage doors instead of sending crews that didn’t speak English to talk back to the office, communication was just not the best after the purchase from management to the crews.

I've dealt with many businesses, contractors, and customer service organizations and the kind, professional, and personable service I've CONSISTENTLY received from a variety of employees that I've spoken to is AMAZING. I've gotten the service and information required as well as many "Thank you, You're welcome, Please, Certainly, Appreciated, and Have a great day" comments and salutations. I will continue to do business with this company and will DEFINITELY refer them to individuals and business looking to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. It is unfortunate that many business are JUST BUSINESS, NOTHING PERSONAL, but it is refreshing to work with a company that takes care of business with an humanly personal touch! THANK YOU!!!

At down payment was told I would get engineering plans, paid deposit, received engineering plans that exempt my project, states 12' tall max, contacted customer service sent me over to engineering dept. Person was extremely rude, stated generic building plan was good, said building dept will not approve, says he can have done, but costs additional, again. I was already told I would get these with the purchase, as part of the project,
I will be asking for deposit back, if I get any grief, I will not hesitate to tell every customer of mine in 200 mile radius(15000 families) as well church outreach, about this experience, and wanting me to pay more for something I asked about at start

I’m very happy with my experience with Northedge Steel. From start to finish, the team was professional, skilled, and attentive. The crew did an excellent job—careful, thorough, and solution-oriented.

One of the most memorable parts was seeing how they worked together. At times, they looked to me for answers, but one team member often already had the solution despite language barriers. It was impressive and even a little funny to watch how effectively they collaborated to get the job done.

Overall, the project turned out exactly as expected, and I truly appreciate the effort and teamwork of everyone involved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northedge Steel to anyone looking for quality work and a professional team.

Ordered a 2 car carport and put down a down payment. Was told it would be 4 weeks before they would set it up. They called within a few days to confirm my order. After the fourth week I had to call them to find out when I would be scheduled. I was told they are running behind schedule and it would be a couple more weeks.(ok sometimes I can't keep up with my work schedule also) They finally called to set a date. The day before they were supposed to arrive I received a call and had to reschedule due to a accident their work crew had. I asked about a date and they couldn't give me one and would notify me when they had a date. Needless to say I cancelled the order and went to Rollin Mini Barns and ordered a 2 car carport. And yes Northedge steel kept my down payment.
Think twice before purchasing from them!!

Very easy company to deal with! Highly recommend. The builders that came were extremely efficient. They had our shop built from start to finish in less than 3 days.

This company was very easy to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. The workers who installed the garage were professional and knowledgeable, and very hard working. Our garage was up in about 5 1/2 hours. Price was decent as well. We are very pleased with it!

Fabian and his crew did a excellent job on my garage. I HIGHLY recommend them, very happy customer!
