This company has the best price on the market. They installed a 24x60 carport and it turned out great. The two man crew fought the wind and rain and made sure to do the job right. They left the job site clean and communicated as needed. The office kept me informed and the gals were very nice.

I found their work to be mediocre. The top height is not equal to other side. They showed up late, crew from.Portland smoking cigarettes in a dry grass field. I requested the smoking to stop n received glares n attitudes. No one spoke English, no one. When they left, they retaliated in me requesting no smoking by leaving obvious pile of trash n throwing handfuls of screws all over the area in hopes an animal or a tire was damaged somehow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Order wasn't ready when they stated. They hadn't even started. Tried to short my order. Make sure you are checking your reciept and what they give you.

I would give zero reviews if I could. I started calling in June and finally heard back from Martha in July. Martha was the "face" of the business since she answered the phone and sent emails IMO. NSMC stated the deposit of $300 was due upon arrival of the guys to give an estimate. Initially it was quoted as $200 and then stated by Martha the cost had increased. After she booked the estimate appointment, she called and had to reschedule at the last minute. The guys who did the site visit seemed to do a good job with measurement and potential ideas for a carport. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and emailed and still did not hear back about our carport.
First week in August I called again, finally Martha answered and said they had "lost" the measurements and the guys would have to come back and I would have to pay another $300, I said no way........so she said she would talk to the guys again about the measurements. Another 4 weeks went by with no returned calls or emails. Finally mid September I called again and a new person, Blanca answered the phone and said Martha was fired and left the company a mess that she had to clean up. At this point, I just wanted my $300 returned and I would not be moving forward with their company. Initially Blanca said I just needed to send proof of my payment and they would issue a return. After sending a copy of my check, I did not hear anything from NSMC. I left numerous messages again and finally Blanca called me back and said there would be no refund and when I asked to talk to the owner and/or manager she said no one would talk to me.
I cannot understand who runs this kind of business, who takes people's money, doesn't do what they say they are going to do and then refuse to talk to the customer.
I was very clear when I told Blanca I wanted a refund or I would leave a negative review, she put me on hold and then came back to the phone and said they would not talk to me and they would not give me a refund. Unbelievable people have these kind of businesses and take the risk of revealing who they really are.
I was negligent for not reading the reviews. Hope my review helps others decide NOT to give their money to this company.

The NSMC team just finish our 18x35 carport. We were extremely pleased with the installers, the Price, the Quality and the outcome. The entire experience was very positive, the Carport needed to meet a strict County snow load and the NSMC engineers designed us an RV canopy, I believe could withstand artic blizzard conditions. We are comfortable now knowing our RV investment will be protected for years to come.

Worked well with us to get the details right and did a great job on construction of the shop.

Shame on us for NOT doing our research on this company, we should of started with reading the reviews. Broken promises from the office manager Alex with time delays to the co-owner Effron who deceived us by telling us he’s just a worker until we did our research with Washington State Labor and Industries and found out he’s part owner.

As of this post we don’t have a resolution and are now in the process of working with the state and insurance company among others given our situation. Very unprofessional company to work with and trust that with the agencies involved we will have a resolution soon.

Amazing construction. Punctuality. Attention to detail and best support staff. Madaline‘s communication is five star. We also got a chance to meet the owner, Efrain, who is so polite and professional. We are getting some cow sheds, goat, sheds, sheep sheds, as well as tractor parking shed from them. The barn that has the leaky roof will also be getting the trusses repaired

Only place to buy a carport if you want it done right

The guys who built the carport were great! The communication from the office was less than satisfactory. She called and emailed Tuesday to reschedule a Thursday 12-2 install for Friday morning 10. The workers showed up at my house Thursday after 3:30pm when we weren't home. She didn't answer the phone but called back and said she got busy and forgot to call for the last minute change. I was at work. They started building it before I got home and I tried to email and call several times afterward since they parked on my drain field. She did not answer or return my calls or my email. COMPLETELY dissatisfied with lack of communication. People have to plan around appointments. We don't just sit at home all day or we wouldn't be able to afford this carport!
