I’ve known Perry for over 20 years. We have done three projects together.
On each project he was very professional.
The first project we built a hunting Lodge back in 2005.
The second project was Barndominium and a storage facility.
The third project in 2022 was a 128,000 sf mini storage facility.
I cannot recommend Perry enough. He provided timely drawings for builders, helped with county and city codes, soil stability, wind load and other associated costs to determine feasibility and provided a finished product with uncanny accuracy.
I am looking forward to our next project.

This is our second round working with Perry and his team. We originally purchased our first building (My 40x55 art studio) back in 2015 when he was with FS, and then later when we needed a new, much larger building after moving to Florida, we naturally reached out to him. The attention to detail and hands-on approach, along with his availability whenever we reached out and without exception, are a huge reminder that the old-school service is still well and alive if you know where to look. We ordered our newest building in late April of 21 and received it on July 7th, on schedule and complete, although he did prepare us for possible delays due to material shortages during the pandemic. Here are some pics of the old 40x55 in SC (Coal Black with white trim and doors) and our new Hawaiian Blue 60x120x20 shop in FL. We cannot recommend Perry's service enough and have done so since 2015. Absolute worry-free process all the way. If anyone is looking at getting a steel building project started, Perry should be on top of everyone's list, bar none. No stories, no gimmicks, just straight forward data. Reach out to him if you are seriously looking for a building without any attached stories.

We were referred to Perry by our friends in Idaho whose family business had bought over two dozen buildings from him over the course of 15 years across Idaho Utah, Co, and AZ. I believe I can officially take credit for being his first client at his new company who had not bought from him prior to that! I always make it a habit to go by direct referrals only when buying anything, especially large purchases, and then judge the person based on their knowledge and how they handle my requests in the first conversation. Perry knows his trade hands down and his advice and product knowledge is unmatched and priceless. We installed our shop and office buildings in BC and couldn't be happier with the outcome, especially since those were our first metal building experiences, and also because we were nervous about installing them on our own. Both structures went up easier and much less dramatic than any pole barn or post frame we had ever done before. 6 of us took on the project and put both sheds up in a total of 2 weeks. Phenomenal experience. Will try and avoid using wood if I can help it!

Update November 2024: Just added a 30x50x12 storage building to the collection. You can tell we like to be consistent and match colors!

A consummate professional, Perry is a total breath of fresh air to deal with. He has the old school approach where attentiveness and professionalism rule, and the same goes for his team of engineers and field services people. I just wish we had come across him before our previous runaround with a handful of boiler room level companies but I guess that's what makes us appreciate this service more than ever. There are no grandiose sales pitches and he doesn't mess around as he is straight forward as one can be! All I can say is that it works for us as we like to hear the facts or what we need to deal with. He also offer to include all the accessories down to high-end windows, doors, insulation, and many other items, which we have found that barely anyone else in the industry tends to do. We recommend him on every single level, no doubt. I will try and upload a few photos of my man cave as well as our family pavilion for our picnics. Next project is a multi-car garage for the toys and we can't wait.

Absolutely beyond impressed and pleased with everything from start to finish. Like many folks, we had no idea where to start with our home and shop project in Nevada, and the internet is way too overwhelming to get close to comfortable with all the information. So we asked around until we got to one of our friends who has done a number of building projects and without clearing his throat, he urged us to call Perry. From the first conversation about ideas and design, to the proper execution of the details, we could not have had a better experience. He clearly knows his stuff inside out and the results show. Ecstatic with our results. He will tell you upfront if he is the right fit for your budget and goals. We bought our first set of Steel buildings back in 2006 from a local person who never installed his building due to some personal setbacks. To make sure everything was up to code, I first called the building inspector and then the company that sold it originally and was transferred directly to Perry who took the time to pull up the file from the previous client and made sure all design loads were still OK to proceed. We then put up the buildings immediately which went up like an erector set in 4 days with no experience on our end, Right after that, I called again and ordered another 35x60 for the farm, and added another 2- 30x50 covered buildings to build on the ends of the original building. I can't say enough about the quality of guidance, attention to detail, and hands-on assistance from Perry, the customer service group and engineering. They have been great each time and I have sent everyone who has asked me about my supplier to Perry. My building pictures are attached, along with the newest addition, which is a nice raised center aisle covered arena which we painted in white. I hope this is helpful for anyone considering this venue.

Perry is a man of his word and very knowledgeable about the industry. Delivers a quality product with competitive pricing! My client wanted something different architecturally and Perry was able to get it done!

While shopping for a quality steel building, I learned several things. First is that there are building types that are high quality and those that are low quality. Second, there are many steel building outlets that are just not honest about the product or their service. Whether it was through luck or diligence, I found Nu-Scope Buildings International. The purchase process was smooth and efficient, the cost reasonable, and the quality of the building and its components extremely high. Service was excellent; for example, I was at the permit office and needed a print I did not have. I called Nu-Scope Buildings International, who immediately answered and emailed me what I needed.
