OM2 reDESIGN Build

Specializing in residential design‑build projects, OM2 reDESIGN Build blends architecture, interior design, and construction to create custom homes and remodels throughout Houston and the surrounding area. Based at 1430 Yale St, Houston, TX 77008, United States, the firm is led by Octavio, an architect with more than 16 years of experience in both New York City firms and Houston’s market, and his partner Oswaldo, who directs the interior‑design component of each project.

The company offers full‑service new‑home construction, taking a project from initial concept through finished residence, and handles remodel work that includes bathroom updates, interior build‑outs, and comprehensive architectural design. Their process incorporates cost and material analysis to identify the most effective balance of strength and value for each scope.

Clients benefit from Octavio’s academic background—a Bachelor’s in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Houston and a Master of Fine Arts in 3D Animation and Visual Effects from the School of Visual Arts—combined with hands‑on expertise from firms such as Handel Architects and Clark Design Group. OM2 reDESIGN Build positions itself as a design‑plus‑build practice that delivers thoughtfully planned, well‑executed residential environments tailored to the lifestyle and space requirements of homeowners in Houston and the greater Houston region.
