We recently enclosed our small back patio (8x8), and our experience with Optimal Thermal Structures was excellent from start to finish. We first contacted them on a Monday, they came to see the house the very next day, we paid the deposit on Wednesday, and by Friday morning they were already installing the aluminum structure. The entire installation only took a few hours!

Their work was clean, fast, and very well done. The price was competitive, and the materials used appear to be high quality. They explained that the screen mesh installed is a medium-grade option, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, and that it should easily last around 15 years.

Two days after the installation, we had a heavy rain (1.18" in a short period of time), and everything remained perfectly sealed and secured, no leaks, no issues. That gave us even more confidence in the quality of the work.

We are very happy with the results and truly appreciate how smooth and professional the whole process was. Highly recommended!

Recientemente cerramos nuestro pequeño patio trasero (8x8) y nuestra experiencia con Optimal Thermal Structures fue excelente de principio a fin. Los contactamos un lunes, vinieron a ver la casa al día siguiente, pagamos el depósito el miércoles y para el viernes por la mañana ya estaban instalando la estructura de aluminio. ¡La instalación completa tomó solo unas pocas horas!

El trabajo fue limpio, rápido y muy bien hecho. El precio fue competitivo y los materiales utilizados se ven de muy buena calidad. Nos explicaron que la malla instalada es de grado medio, ni la más barata ni la más costosa, y que debería durar alrededor de 15 años sin problema.

Dos días después de la instalación nos llovió 1.18” en poco tiempo, y todo se mantuvo perfectamente sellado y firme, sin filtraciones ni inconvenientes, lo que nos dio aún más confianza en el trabajo realizado.

Estamos muy contentos con el resultado y realmente apreciamos lo fluido y profesional que fue todo el proceso. Muy recomendados.
