Careful before buying. They will sell you sheds that aren't compliant with local regulations. You'll either have to spend hundreds to modify to be compliant or just get rid of it. Make sure to confirm if it is compliant or not.

Lonnie is fantastic! Very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Getting the permit was a nightmare as our little town Tehama has so many regulations. Lonnie even helped us with that!! Not to mention well after our deposit there was a spring sale and Lonnie even gave us the discount for that as well!!

They took advantage of me selling me an overpriced shed first time I was late they tacked on a $100 late fee I'm on a fixed income then they would threaten me everyday calling me threatening to take my shed away. I'm a senior citizen and a Vietnam vet shame on these people they are working under fictitious names rocky rental LLC and all these other names. Let's get them out of our town!

I need to buy a shed so I went to Paradise Backyard Building. Due to my wife wanting specific features we have been back and forth here a few times trying to figure out exactly what we want. Lonney has been very helpful in figuring out the various options available. Even better Lonney has provided a few quotes without any sales pressure whatsoever. Since we are trying to sort out the purchase timeing this insures that I want to come back and do business here. Excellent customer service imo!

Can't figure cout these websites try and build a shed to what like and they don't want too work correctly. I never been to this place just online .so nothing to say about business its self. Or what to rare it .I just rate 3 stars cause I'm like why can't we get better websites tools .
