I spoke with Mark and he seems like a real nice guy.

I spoke with the owner he passed me on to his estimator Greg,I’m looking to purchase a small garage 20 x 30 and Greg went on for 30 minutes about his experience and the concrete that I need to purchase and install for this building. Could not get a word in and would not allow me to install my own concrete slab because his concrete post had to go in 6 feet deep which was complete overkill. I had to walk away from that conversation.

If I could give 0 Stars I would, and this was just to get an estimate. The owner Mark, whom I spoke to 1st was very professional, pleasant and courteous. He referred me to "Greg" his estimator, and he was extremely rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I did not need to here about all his successes, where he lived and the fact he sold the business to Mark.. Not really important to just getting an estimate, but being courteous I listened as he droned on for 15 minutes. When we got to the estimating, he "quoted" rules for permitting that are not correct, told me there were more structures on the property than exist, and when questioned, he would interrupt talked over me, and basically told me I was wrong, when all he was looking at was outdated County photos, when all I wanted was an estimate for a garage and carport. He then proceeded to "Educate" me on the permitting process. News flash Greg, you are not the Swami of buildings. We have done this before. Again, when asked questions he accused me of being argumentative and told me, the potential customer to "Stop Arguing with him" Really? That was followed by the following;
"Greg I think we are done here as you are telling me things that are untrue and not allowing me to get in a word edgewise"
"Click" He hung up, and did not even try to apologize, and or try to gain my business. Sir you should just retire, you are burnt out, and have no place representing this company, not matter "How Blessed, and Busy you indicated. I truly hope that Mark "The Owner" realizes how much of a liability this person is to his business. In a competitive market such as this, word of mouth travels fast. Based on other reviews this "Greg" is clearly a problem and I will go out of my way to ensure that I do NOT recommend this company even for a estimate. It is sad, as again, my initial impression was great based on MarKthe owner

The owner is a great guy. The estimator shouldn’t be in sales. I could barely get a word in. I may continue with process but may not just because of this estimator guy. Wow.

Very rude service! When quoted on his words refused to except his own fault! Then refused business due to his own disrespect! Refusing service because a business won't reprimand poor behavior given by its employees is poor business!! Clearly this isn't the first time this has happened! Should have believed reviews before I even tried!

The owner was my first Contact ,wad polite and that's where it stopped. His partner however.. I did not appreciate being spoken to like a child because of my ignorance regarding steel buildings. That's why I called the so-called experts.
