The way Pergomatic went about this whole process made it easy and stress free. They worked closely with us on the design and made sure every last detail was perfect for our outdoor space. They were kind, knowledgeable and patient with us when we changed our minds a thousand times. We went with a glass roof and guillotine windows to keep our view intact. This is one of the best companies you can work with in the area. Our project manager Spencer was excellent and their installation team was very friendly. I really enjoyed working with Pergomatic for the simple fact that their customer service was great top to bottom. The product they installed was even better. The louvers open and close automatically with the sensors we had installed and it keeps my outdoor furniture dry year round! A major plus not having to replace the cushions every year. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend Pergomatic.

We recommend Pergomatic to everyone we know. I think everyone should have a Pergomatic pergola in their backyard. We spent months researching different pergola options from wooden to aluminum, Costco to Struxure. None of them compared to what Pergomatic had to offer. Once we realized we could completely customize our own pergola down to the very last detail we were sold. Most companies offer pre made kits that you have to install yourself. Installation was free with Pergomatic! Not to mention the customer service we received. Everyone was warm and welcoming, they answered every question we had (even the ones that seemed stupid) and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. He was not only incredibly thorough and friendly, but also demonstrated outstanding customer service and empathy from start to finish. His honesty about what was and wasn’t possible made all the difference. I knew exactly what I was getting into, and he delivered a top-quality product that exceeded my expectations.

We are thrilled with how the pergola turned out. The adjustable louvers, controlled by remote or phone app, are amazing. The rain sensor that automatically closes the louvers to protect furniture is such a smart feature. The screens are top-notch and can be opened or closed using both the physical remote and app. The phone app’s slider functionality is especially impressive,
it allows you to adjust both the screens and louvers precisely to your liking. The integrated heaters keep things cozy, and the lighting is beautiful.
