Perka Building Frames

Tried to get initial cost estimate in my 50x40 build. Their home office responded quickly but local installer for Perka never followed up. Home office said was probably lost in email system….. have had Perka buildings in the past but never was ignored like this. Fortunately there are other alternatives and project is underway.

Outher building suplyers gave me the run around or didn't reply at all once they found out I didn't need a complete building only some cee perlins. Perka responded to my inquiry with in a timely manner. Once comucation was established the perka team went above and beyond ! Even goin as far as loading my loading my steel on a Friday when they were short staffed. Thank you team perka😊😊 you have earned my 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 rating that I seldom give . Great job

They were not very responsive and didn’t deliver the estimates I asked for (full build) and then tried to tell me it was my fault. I went with QSI. Much better customer service, great prices, great response time, and clearly wanted my business.

Lucky or blessed either or Im proud to be a part of them. Quality buildings start to finish

Going strong after 17 years. Make sure the installer knows how to install windows. Or don't install them. Really aren't needed. (Sun glare). Consider volume -less is better. Buy insulation.
