Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The customer service at Pre-Built Structures is second to none—quick responses, clear communication, and true professionalism every step of the way. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered my building faster than I ever expected. The installation crew was friendly, efficient, and easily some of the hardest-working guys you’ll meet. I don’t have a single complaint. They nailed it.

We came to PreBuilt after walking away from another builder due to months of frustration and poor service. The difference was night and day. If you’re considering a metal building, stop searching — Pre-Built Structures is the team you want. They’re competent, responsive, and genuinely care about doing the job right. The quality of the building is top-tier, and upgrades like the rat guards and improved ridge caps are absolutely worth it. They seal the structure up better than your typical metal building and add tremendous value.

Couldn't be more pleased with our storage building experience. Lauren kept checking in through all our weather delays with site work then was able to schedule delivery much faster than we even hoped for. Communication was flawless. Their install crew was polite & hard working then diligent cleaning up. The building itself is sturdy and I think is pretty good looking. Definitely recommend, 5 thumbs up.

Overall I was quite pleased with Pre-Built Structures. We purchased the structure in Jasper at a display lot and had a lot of help getting it like we wanted it. Our day was set for set up but it kept getting pushed back. I had no notice of the first cancellation and I was out early waiting on the crew. I texted Lauren the scheduler and she let me know the crew wasn’t coming. After that there were several more cancellations, but Lauren kept us updated and about a week later the crew showed up, worked hard and did a great job. I was a bit disappointed by the trash left by the crew and a lot of screws left on the ground. Over all we were pleased with the process and now our RV has a new home.

Great company to work with from start to finish. Rocky, Lauren, Jessica, and the installation crew all made this project come together fast, and fantastic!

I had a building installed a few weeks ago by this company. I will say it was the best experience I’ve had with a building company yet. I’ve now had 2 buildings installed by this company and each time a different crew and both were fantastic. My scheduler Lauren answered after hours and also answered my questions and if she did not know, she found me an answer. Could not be more happier with my building!

Jessica and the office crew were incredible to work with! They handled everything efficiently and with extreme professionalism. I received several calls updating me on the progress and delivery times. On the day of installation the crew was on time and started on the building like a well oiled machine!! They were amazing to watch. They were friendly and we enjoyed them being here. The finished product has our neighbors stopping and taking pictures. We probably we will have a few new orders coming their way! I highly recommend this company and compared to other experiences I have had with out buildings this is the only company we would recommend!! You will not be disappointed and always ask for Jessica!
