Premier Metal Structures

On December 9th I reached out to Premier Metal Structures for a request of a metal building. Joel was super helpful with my situation after being let down from another company. Joel worked with me, took my plans, and made a promise he absolutely stood up to. He even guaranteed that if the building wasn't done by a certain date he would refund the deposit. On December 30th the crews finished installing my building.... 21 days later. I had been waiting 4 months from a separate company with no end in sight. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Communication was great, service was great, all around can't complain. Super greatful for him. Feel free to reach out for any questions.

I’m not sure where all of these other five star reviews come from. Communication was wonderful up until the day that I paid my deposit. After that, getting anyone to call or speak with, you was beyond impossible most of the time. We were promised our shed was going to be delivered on November 18. On November 19 we received a phone call that afternoon saying that the crew ran into some issues (ICE was in the area) and promised the following Tuesday or Wednesday it would be installed. Mind you this is the week of Thanksgiving that they would now be here. Today is Thanksgiving day. I was told yesterday by Derrick they would be here today… and here we are with no shed. We are not simply purchasing a metal building to have a metal building. We are replacing one totally lost in a fire back in March and have tools and other things that we need to get in there and out of our basement and off of our screened porch before winter. If I could give zero stars I would because seems once they get your money they no longer care about you.

In response you your "reply". NO, no one remained in contact unless I reached out first. I received ONE phone call the day before the building was to be delivered and assembled stating there would be 6-7 day delay. I called the following week at day 6 when I had heard NOTHING. Then called again with no response. Yes, they showed up at 1030am on a Saturday and worked 9-12 hours a day. I was asked twice to edit my review, so here it is! No I will not change the 1 star just because 2 guys showed up here and worked tirelessly until the building was assembled. Yes, they did a great job, but the other 3 months prior to this does not go away because of that.

I can’t explain how wonderful these people are, they made me feel like family, Jay Hernandez all around fantastic guy I love these people and I got a great deal on my building with the spray foam insulation, I can’t be any happier. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT WORK Great customer service 💚💚😁

Update for October 28 - Installation of the building went smoothly once they showed up. Signed contract in June, doors and cupola should have been ordered then but weren't. Final product is great, communication not so much.

Premier’s communication was top notch! Their prices were unbeatable and they run specials near Christmas. Their team was punctual, worked sunrise to sunset, and built an incredible aluminum building.

I dont have enough good things to say. The guys showed up early and worked late all to get my 30x50x14 done in one day. Super excited with the garage, it looks fantastic they really did an awesome job. Thanks fellas

Workers arrived properly with all materials for detached garage/carport. Assembly was completed efficiently and the final product was approved and I am highly satisfied. I would definitely recommend Premier metal for your next building project.
