Priority Roofing

Priority Roofing operates with a clear, step‑by‑step process that begins with a free, thorough roof inspection and continues through detailed reporting, material selection, and professional installation or repair. The Houston‑based team, located at 260 N Sam Houston Pkwy E Suite 150, Houston, TX 77060, USA, follows a family‑owned, locally managed model, ensuring that each project is overseen by dedicated project managers, roofing crews, and repair technicians who work from a fully stocked warehouse.

Clients receive a written assessment that identifies damage, wear, or potential leaks, along with specific recommendations for corrective action. From commercial roof inspections and repairs to full‑scale replacement projects, the company handles asphalt shingles, single‑ply membranes, and metal roofing systems. All work is performed by insured, bonded professionals who hold GAF Master Elite and Owens Corning Preferred Contractor status, as well as certifications from GAF, NRCA, UASRC, and OSHA. Membership in The Good Contractors List provides a $10,000 guarantee on each job, and the company backs its installations with a 5‑ to 20‑year labor warranty and a no‑leak guarantee.

Priority Roofing’s commercial warranties include lifetime material coverage for shingles with ten years of labor protection, a 20‑year warranty and no‑leak guarantee for single‑ply roofs, and similar protection for metal options.
