So spoke with Dwight Jordan for 5 months to get a building erected. Thought I was all set.

Few months later, I worked with palm beach county and I got the permit (myself) for my building. Asked the contractor when he could do it, said 2-3 weeks out last week. Called today (since he is Mia) and he said 4 weeks and is looking for somebody else to do it possibly since he is too busy now and since the permit is under his name, he charges $1/ft to be the general contractor which he failed to mention in the quote. This is not in the quote and wants money for nothing! High theft, steer clear of this shaky operatio.n.
