Professional Sunshine Roofing

Founded in 2007 by Santos Hernandez, Professional Sunshine Roofing has grown from a single‑office operation in Orange City into a multi‑million‑dollar company that serves both residential and commercial clients throughout Central and North Florida. The firm’s hands‑on leadership—Hernandez remains actively involved in project reviews, site inspections and weekly progress meetings—helps ensure that each roofing job meets the expectations set at the outset.

Operating from 922 Shadick Dr, Orange City, FL 32763, the company offers a full suite of roofing services. Its core capabilities include roof repair, full‑scale roof installation (removing existing systems and fitting new ones), and routine roof maintenance designed to extend the life of the structure. Emergency situations are addressed through a 24/7 repair team that locates leaks and other problems quickly. In addition, Professional Sunshine Roofing provides building restoration, waterproofing and general repair services, as well as consulting and free on‑site evaluations performed by staff with prior roofing and construction experience.

Clients benefit from the use of high‑quality materials sourced from industry‑leading manufacturers, and from cost‑effective solutions that are tailored after a thorough assessment of the roof’s condition. Whether a homeowner needs a minor patch or a commercial property
