Quicken Steel, LLC

Purchased a cold formed steel Building in November of 2024, through one of their dealers Metacero Build out of Texas. Up front service was good but after building was paid for and delivered, my architect had a few questions that need to to be resolved before I can begin the build. I tried for weeks to get Metacerro to answer a simple question which they never responded. I escalated to the Manufacturer "Quicken Steel" over a month ago and spoke with the "Dealer Support Manager" who indicated he would get the question answered, That was almost 5 weeks ago. No answers and days and weeks before even responding to e-mails. Sitting here waiting on them with 120k worth of steel sitting on the ground for months is beyond frustrating! If you use this company for your building, dont expect any post sale support! Never had such a poor post sale experience! beware before buying a building from The Dealer Mettacero Build out of Texas, the manufacturer Quicken steel out of Georgia or ACT Building systems which is the engineer for these business.

Update: Quicken reached out to me and informed me they have dropped that vendor. Working with ACT Building Systems now to get them to halt work with this guy. Vendor: Peter Strauhal PCS Outback Buikdings.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend Quicken Steel. After using their 3d online estimator one of their approved vendors contacted me. Turned out to be a complete scam job and that vendor stole over $28k from us. Buyer beware....

These guys are A1...really took the time out to make sure my order was correct and loaded properly...they all worked as a team and tackle slight loading issue professional...even aided with allowing me to use their air tank after load process was complete...highly recommend this business...there level of assistance, professionalism, and overall experience was very helpful and appreciated...the yard manager preformed his duties well...

Quick in Quicken Steel 😎 comes from some amazing equipment and the talent that runs it All American made products extruded with some of the largest extruders this side of California and capable of building buildings pole barns and compete with the wood industry thanks to this precise extrusion, Bolts & clips let's erect in a couple of days
