Not good service. Horrible attitude from Luis and would not recommend to anyone. 0/5 stars. Try cleaning up those horrible manners and treat your clients like humans. Until then, I would go elsewhere.

We utilized Red Hook to construct and remove a large temporary bridge on a public infrastructure project. Luis and Ron make a great team and were professional and willing to go above and beyond for us (the GC). It is rare to find subcontractors who care about the project as much as the team at Red Hook.

Luis and Ron were very professional from the proposal phase all the way to installation. Their experience shows in both the process of working with all stakeholders such as engineering and project management to the steel work techniques. Looks like no job is too small or too big with customer satisfaction a top priority.
