Redd's Sheds and Metal Buildings

Love the shed but the roll up door seems defective, it doesn't stay in the track sometimes. Hard to get help!

We purchased two sheds from this dealer. They charged us the incorrect sales tax rate. When we pointed this error out, we were told that this was the way they had been doing business for years. We live in the county where the tax rate is 8.6%. They charged us 8.9%. Larry (the sales person) couldn't change the 'program' for the sales tax. The sheds are fine. But we have spent over two months trying to get our money reimbursed for incorrect tax charges. The corporate headquarters have promised to refund the money on four separate phone calls (all to the same person named Dom). They have not delivered. You have to wonder where all that money has gone over all these years.

I ordered a shed from Redd’s Sheds at their Hadlock location about 15 months ago. It’s a great shed. I’m building it out, and I got most of the upgrades. 2x6 studs all around, tar paper, extra windows, and a second door. I’ve been over every inch of this shed, and I haven’t found any cut corners or bad craftsmanship.
Everyone was super helpful with designing it and explaining the options. They were just trying out a new software that let you drag and drop where you wanted your windows and doors. It made it really easy. The shed arrived exactly how I had designed it.
The shed was delivered on time, and they were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. It’s not the cheapest option for your shed needs, but you get your money’s worth.

I bought a shed here 2 yrs ago and so far it has done its job, I had it insulated and Drywall, so it can keep me worm when I'm doing my she shed stuff....love it so much now my husband wants one for a He shed keep all his tools. Always coping me...

The folks on site were very helpful and pleasant but the company overall was a huge disappointment. They took a deposit and never delivered my shed, long past the point that was promised. I went to cancel and they claimed it was already built and refused to refund the deposit. I tried to talk to someone at the "factory" and they gave me the delivery drivers phone number and just ran us around in circles from there. I feel like this was an absolute scam. I would not recommend this to anyone. This was a total "bait and fail to deliver but you are stuck in a contract" situation. Very disappointed.
