Retractable Roof installation corp.

We recently worked with Retractable Roof Construction Corp (HS Customs) to install a retractable louvred roof system and glass railings at Above The Heights, our rooftop event space at Radio Hotel in NYC — and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

From start to finish, Hakan and his team were professional, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The craftsmanship is outstanding — the retractable roof operates smoothly, looks elegant, and completely transforms our terrace into a year-round venue. The glass railings complement the design perfectly and really elevate the guest experience.

We’ve received countless compliments from guests and event clients, and it’s made a huge difference in how we can use the space across all seasons. Highly recommend Retractable Roof for anyone looking to add a premium retractable roof or custom glass system.

Cannot think of anyone Id rather work with to complete a project like this! Hakan and Jeff were absolutely amazing planning, organizing, and dealing with any obstacle that got in the way of completion. Cannot recommend them enough for all your awning needs!

I'm the Event Manager at a beloved neighborhood bar in Astoria, Queens, NYC called Sweet Afton. We hired the team at Retractable Roof Systems to cover our charming backyard patio, ensuring this space could be available year round for service. Having this roof has been an absolute blessing, allowing us to guarantee events in this space rain or shine. We've had this roof for many years now with very few issues. Any issues that arise, Retractable Roof's team executes a speedy repair. Many thanks to this awesome company, we highly recommend their services.

I'm the owner of The Bonnie Bar & Restaurant in Astoria Queens. Seven years ago we invested in a retractable roof for our large 1500 square foot garden, and it was one of the best business decisions we ever made. Hakan and his team are true professionals. Nothing was ever a problem and they went beyond the call of duty to ensure our retractable roof and wall structure were exactly as we wanted. The quality and durability of their product is excellent. Aesthetically - it speaks for itself.. it looks fantastic. The roofing system is simple to use and hugely practical. No more cancelled private events due to rain, no more moving large groups to avoid sun. One press of a button and everything is solved. The post service provided by Hakan is second to none. Over the last seven years we have rarely had any problems.. but on the few occasions we did, they were fixed quickly by Hakan's team. I strongly recommend this company, and I strongly recommend a roofing system to any business that is looking to make better use of their outdoor spaces. Five stars all around. We couldn't be happier!
