Once you order expect to wait for several months to be installed. After ordering you get contacted by someone and they tell you they need pictures of all 4 sides of your install area then they call you back after a week or 2 and ask you a bunch of questions about your install site, then you have to wait for scheduling. We finally received a call today and said they have one day in October and if we don't take it they can't get to us until next year.

I have bought 2 other carports within the last year from other companies. You pay and get a call to install relatively fast and not just one day or else. This will be the last time I go through this process to get a carport.

*You are also responsible to dispose of any trash they leave. They say per DOT law they can't carry on the trailer. Funny that I didn't have this issue with the other 2 carports I had installed.

We absolutely love the metal shelter we bought from Rhino Buildings! They were very helpful in helping us decide what we needed! They ordered and installed in the time period they had told us. And have checked with us since to see how we are enjoying it. I would highly recommend this company!!!

I was Very Satisfied with People and the Work!! I Love my Carport!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I will Definitely Recommend this place to Everyone!!!

I had a perfect experience with Rhino Steel Buildings. There quote was very good and their service to get all the information I needed to start the order process was excellent. The delivery and setup was quoted at 4 to 6 weeks. The crew was onsite in the 4th week. I had to be out of town so my son was here to help if needed. It was stormy that day and the crew called my son to say they would be a few minutes late which I appreciated. The carport was put up without a hitch. I love the results. It was a great job. To top it off I got a call from Rhino to make sure there were no problems and I was satisfied and I am.

They were prompt and professional on there delivery they out the shed exactly where I wanted it and nothing was damaged in the delivery very professional crew that set it up

The process of purchasing and having My garage built was quick and easy. It only took 3 weeks from my order date for them to have the garage up. The owner was very helpful and helped a lot in the design process. I would definitely purchase from Rhino rentals again.
