Richard's Metal Buildings always goes the extra mile for their customers. They build some of the most beautiful buildings around. Always answers my phone calls and attention to detail is superb! Great group of guys!

I was very excited to work with Richard on my mom's Barn dominium. We have been working on details and planning the location and even met in person but as of today he has declined our work. Not sure what we did wrong but I feel like it was a big waste of time.

Richards put up a 30 x 60 building for me 10 years ago and it doesn't leak a drop to this day. insulation has stood up. paint hasn't faded a bit. concrete is excellent as I park vehicles and a tractor in it and the concretes smooth as I roll my tool box around on it. I'm highly satisfied with it and anybody with doubts can come look at it

I had Richards Metal Buildings build a 1,200 square foot shop for me about two years ago. Richard was very easy to work with and his communication was great. I was not in a huge hurry, but he would call me any time there was a weather or supply delay and we would reschedule. He was always up front if he had another building that was in a hurry and would ask for my permission to concentrate on that one first before proceeding.
During the specification and quote process, Richard would offer suggestions on where I could save money and still keep the functionality of my building. He had many options to choose from so we could ensure that I got the building that I want.
After building completion, Richard's crew ensured that they cleaned the work site thoroughly. In the past two years, I have only found three dropped fasteners that finally worked their way up out of the ground.
The building is still fantastic. The concrete has zero cracks even though it is supporting heavy vehicles and equipment. The doors all still operate seamlessly. The paint on the outside is solid. The insulation on the inside has no defects. Best of all, it has never leaked... not a single drop. And we have had serious storms in Blanchard since the building was erected.
I highly recommend Richards Metal Buildings to anyone.
