In my experience with the construction industry, Rigid's character is top notch. This family is truly upstanding and steadfast, putting their customers first and doing so in an honest and caring way. Most impressive!

HAPPY RIGID STEEL STRUCTURES CUSTOMER
Best of the best! This is the 3rd steel barn I have had built. This one is by far the best! I choose Rigid Steel because their estimate included quality materials, a reasonable price, and great reviews. Their estimate was a little higher than the other estimates. However, as I looked over all of the estimates. Rigid Steel included 4"x4" posts vs. 3"x3" posts, 12’ wide x 14’ high garage doors vs. 10' w x 13' h and the building was 16’ tall vs.15’ tall. Also, which I didn't even know until they installed the metal siding, they used 30 yr. paint vs. 20 yr. paint. Which explained the color difference compared to my other barns. Austin was my project manager. He worked with me and was OK with me using my own concrete contractor, Alex’s construction. Austin kept in contact with me and kept me informed on when they would be here and what would be done. When the concrete was complete his guys moved in and completed the barn in 5 days. Wow! It is a basic barn I needed for my RV So, no installation or windows, but it is a very tall 30’x’40, has 2 large garage doors, and 1 walk in door. It is exacting the barn that wanted. Thank you, Austin, his workers, and Rigid Steel, for a great experience. Another HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Rigid Steel has worked on 3 projects for us, a metal building, metal roof for our Florida room and a rebuild of a chimney. Austin was particular in making sure everything was put together properly. We were told if there were any problems that they would be there to correct them. This has been our experience, when any items were found that might be in need of attention they were always here to correct them. With Austin taking the lead at the work site, we have been very satisfied and happy with the end products.
