Zero follow up or support after the building is completed. Very short warranty. I have multiple roof leaks and insulation falling. I reached out but received no help.

Edit: Found why the whole wall fell. They never finished the installation with the correct strips and screws. So disappointed.

As far as the building is concerned no quality issues of note and communication was great throughout the initial process but once we discovered a couple discrepancies that had been discussed prior to building production the team and especially Ken Olson blame shifted that I should’ve been the one to notice the discrepancy and asked to be changed. Although we had already that had a discussion about this discrepancy prior to approval of the building. They claim that I approved the Plant as is and should’ve been the one to catch that which is absolutely absurd. There follow through on the final product is lacking.

Building erection is smooth and flawless due to the very detailed construction drawings. Without a doubt, Rigid is at the top of the steel building market.

I recently ordered a 50'x60' building for storage/garage purposes. It was apparent from the start that Rigid Global value’s their customers. Working with the district manager (Tyson S.) was a very pleasant experience, as I was a “small job” to them in the grand scheme of things, but Tyson always had my best interest in mind. Tyson helped me through the design phase, by using his expertise, he helped me save money by changing a few small things on the design that fit my needs best for my application. I have not erected the building yet, but so far, the experience with Rigid Global from a customer satisfaction aspect has been on-point! Thank you, Tyson!

I purchased a 50x100 shop building for our motorcycles, RV, and boat storage from Rigid. Building arrived on time and went together beautifully. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality and support he received from the factory. Would highly recommend this company.

Worked with Jason Larsen on a riding arena/barn. The whole process was great and Mr. Larsen was available to answer all of my questions, even on a weekend! Building was delivered on time and is beautiful! Would definitely work with this company again

Nothing but Problems with engineering & construction on this building. Clips with wrong angles, Missing holes in Purlins, Missing X-Bracing, Missing Door trim and sent no touch-up paint! They think not only Exposed Red iron is considered finished product but also exposed X-Bracing under a Soffit line to be acceptable. That doesn't begin to elaborate on all the problems with my building. I am sickened and sorry I ever dealt with the less than mediocre metal building company save yourself the headache and use any other company but this one.
