RMI Works TN, LLC

RMI Works TN LLC guides each remodel through a step‑by‑step process that begins with a personal appointment to capture the homeowner’s vision and ends with a finished space that blends traditional construction methods with modern design tools. The Madisonville‑based team schedules an initial consultation, creates detailed plans using current technology, and selects eco‑friendly materials to keep waste low while meeting the client’s functional and aesthetic goals. Skilled installers then execute the work, whether it is a kitchen or bathroom upgrade, deck and stair construction, door replacement, or interior painting.

Owner and operator Jim “Rocky” McCoy brings more than five decades of hands‑on building experience, first in Florida and now serving Madisonville, Athens, Sweetwater and the surrounding Monroe‑to‑Loudon region. RMI Works TN LLC focuses on projects that other contractors may avoid, applying home‑building expertise to simplify complex renovations.

The company’s address is 2440 Fairview Rd, Madisonville, TN 37354, United States. Residents in the service area can expect a collaborative approach, transparent quoting, and precise craftsmanship that enhances both the look and lasting value of their homes.
