Ross Roofing & Vinyl

Jamie Ross just finished installing my new roof and it turned out excellent. Pricing was the best I encountered by far and it is always nice to know the owner of the company is onsite and participating in the installation. Very quick turn around, excellent communication and amazing cleanup are just a few of the great things.

Previous shingles were stripped and new shingles installed along with all new fittings. Roof looks great and I can’t find one piece of discarded trash or nails as cleanup was very thorough.

I highly recommend Ross Roofing.

Excellent service!!! Jamie was the help I was looking for. I needed some minor repair work done for roof leaks, and all the other quotes I’d received said it would cost thousands to repair. Jamie came out, assessed the damage, quoted a fair price (fraction of what others would charge), completed the work as agreed upon and followed up with a detailed explanation of repair work performed with pictures. And to top it off, he backed his work with a 3 year warranty. Please give him a call if you need any kind of roof work performed. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie did an excellent job on our house with redoing the whole roof and facial metal. Jamie was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend him and his crew to everyone.

We are very pleased with the work by Jamie and his crew. They came in worked well together and got the job done. We called a few places Jamie is the only one the got right back to me, it took forever for our vinyl to come in not Jamie's fault at all but still he kept on it and called to see what the hold up was.You can tell these men look forward to seeing the end project. If you want to just be so job by a big company and get over charged then do not use Ross roofing and vinyl, if you want to feel like your house needs caring hands because it is a home for your family than look no further.

Jamie has twice come to our home in Pitt County, each time to replace tiles on our roof that were blown off during a bad storm. Not only were my husband Don and I pleased with his excellent work, but even more so, we were impressed with his honorable and service-oriented character. We had our roof replaced by Ross Roofing and it has taken me some time to write this review. I would not recommend this company. They didn’t complete the job. They backed their trailer into a post in my car port causing damage with a promise of repair which never happened, they damaged my brick stairway at our back door and promised to repair it and didn’t . We are currently fixing items they should have done as part of the roof replacement. I have mentioned this company to other contractors and they roll their eyes. Not recommended.

Jamie was a pleasure to work with. He followed up with me after missing my call, was responsive to my texts came to my house as scheduled, repaired the distorted siding in my patio quickly. He has reasonable pricing and great craftsmanship. Would use his services again.

Jamie is a blessing. I had a few small repairs - siding and fascia. He came in with a great price and did a great job! Hard to find nowadays. Don't hesitate ...he'll do you right.
