Not a fan of the service dept 1st off no one is near the window after finding someone asked for service on my 4wheeler week later came out of the shop still not right 300& later gave another chance brother dropped his can am off they say they will look at it 150$ later asking to adjust the clutch cable still not right will take somewhere else I won’t go back for anything

My wife and I just purchased a new Polaris 1000 EPS side by side from Noah Brown at Schafstall’s. It took me 4 trips there and shopping around at other dealers and other brands before making my decision. Actually, the decision was easy. I’m having front and back glass installed along with a roof, turning signals, side mirrors and a rear view mirror to make it road ready. I’ll have it delivered in a few days. In my opinion and from all my research, Polaris and Schafstall’s are the best.

Schafstall never gave us the title for our side by side. They gave us a form that they filled out and a copy of the original title and told us that was all we needed. We went to the dmv to switch over the paperwork and are unable to. We have called and gone to schafstall on multiple occasions including today. They will not give us the title. Until this we had zero issues. We loved the side by side and the sales team. They need to get it together in the documentation side. Waiting for someone to correct this issue. If they ever do as this has been going on for two months now, I will change my review.

Absolutely the best Polaris dealer I've ever been to. Sales, service and parts. It doesn't matter they all treat you great and they are honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else for sales, service or parts. A good accessories inventory also.

Walked in on a Thursday mid morning. Was fully prepared to walk out with a new UTV Walked around the showroom for 10 minutes plus (a very conservative estimate) and was never approached by any customer service or sales rep. I was the only customer in the store at the time. One employee was sweeping, one was behind the counter and a sales rep was in his office sitting behind the desk.
Guess they don’t wanna sell those UTVs bad enough. Walked out. Will not go back.
