SF Custom Homes LLC

Founded in 2003 when Steven Finger revived a foreclosed home in Bellaire, SF Custom Homes LLC has grown into a seasoned custom‑home builder serving Houston’s established neighborhoods. From Oak Forest to River Oaks, the company has overseen new‑construction projects and thoughtful remodels for over two decades, blending practical market awareness with the personal visions of its clients.

Operating out of 3000 Richmond Ave. #100, Houston, TX 77098, United States, the firm provides a full design‑build service that guides homeowners through every phase of a project. The team handles initial lot selection, architectural design, permitting, and construction management, allowing clients to work with a single point of contact rather than juggling multiple contractors. Their expertise includes new custom homes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and comprehensive interior upgrades, all coordinated under one roof.

SF Custom Homes emphasizes clear budgeting, transparent communication, and precise craftsmanship. By listening closely to a homeowner’s lifestyle and values, the company refines initial ideas into detailed plans that meet local code requirements and stay within agreed‑upon cost parameters. Throughout construction, on‑site supervision ensures that materials and finishes align with the original design intent, and a final walkthrough confirms that the finished residence reflects the client’s expectations.

Clients seeking a reliable builder who can turn a personal vision into a durable, aesthetically pleasing home in Houston’s sought‑after areas will find SF Custom Homes LLC offers the experience, local knowledge, and hands‑on management needed to bring the project to completion.
