Simpson Steel Building Company

I recently worked with Simpson Steel on a custom steel building for my property, and I have to give a big shout-out to Chance Houston. From the very start, Chance was incredibly responsive—he’d answer emails, call back right away, or send a quick text whenever I had questions. He helped me figure out the right dimensions for things like garage doors, and he provided industry insights that really added value to the project.

What stood out the most was that Chance wasn’t just a salesperson—he was very knowledgeable about the actual construction process. We could go back and forth with pictures, and he’d give advice on what tweaks were worth making now and what to plan for in the future. He was honest about what I didn’t need to worry about immediately and extremely helpful throughout the entire build process. Overall, I definitely recommend working with Chance and the team at Simpson Steel. They really know their stuff!

So I bought a Simpson build off Facebook marketplace not knowing a lot about Simpson steel but I called Jacob to get some info and he was great he was very helpful. As a consumer that did not buy the building directly from them he walked me through some details that I needed to know needless to say customer service is great after the sale is done. And being a business owner myself that goes to show you a lot about their company. Thank you Jacob

Chance and the Simpson team did an awesome job. They helped me design and then they fabricated the building. Their stamped plans worked great with my town building department. They were able to recommend a contractor that then flew in and put the building together very quickly. They knew what they were doing for sure. I will be buying from these guys again for the next location.

I highly recommend Simpson Steel building company. Had a couple of little problems that were addressed and taken care of immediately. The building materials are high quality and was fairly easy to put up, lots of pieces! Instruction manual is a great tool. Building looks fantastic and I am very happy with it. Great communication throughout the entire process. Thank you all!

Simpson has been a great company to work with! We are building erectors and finding a company with great customer service as well as a great product is so refreshing in this industry. Would definitely recommend them!

Wasn’t easy for me to find a steel company to help me with my 60/40 barn till I talked to Chance from Simpson steel. These guys are super professional and knowledgeable. The quality and final result is better than what I expected.
If these guys have a network to erect buildings over the states they will eat up the whole market. Their steel quality and engineering plans leave no room for difficult building departments like Sonoma county, CA to ask any questions. If you deal with these guys you will be surprised with the delivery speed as well.

Great company to deal with , order my building a few months ago with a delivery date and the truck showed up on that exact day. Very well built and engineered steel. All material was packaged well and undamaged. I was a bag short on color matched siding screws and was overnighted them the same day! very pleased with the level of communication as well. Great job , and thanks a million! I will update photos once we are 100% complete

A+++++ company is Great to work with and These buildings are top notch, Great quality and instructions are easy to understand. These kits have everything you need. I would recommend to anyone that is in the market.

The service, responsiveness and professionalism of Mr. Dooley and everyone at Simpson Steel Building Company is unmatched. There were many phone calls with questions and Mr. Dooley was always very courteous, informative and patient. My calls were answered right away on numerous occasions or returned in a timely manner. We turned the building that we purchased into our primary residence and we were extremely satisfied from beginning to end. Many thanks to Mr. Dooley and his team for helping to make our dream come true.

We did not receive the eighteen inch overhangs that we ordered and paid for. Its supposed to be checked over by us at the time of delivery. Let me tell you that it is impossible to sort through thousands of pieces of metal to find every bit.

We have a beautiful building despite Simpson's lack of quality control and had wanted to be a spokes person for the company. We wanted to have pictures of our beautiful build on their webpage. It would have been a benefit for them to highlight our amazing build. I cannot recommend anyone buy from Simpson.
