The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the entire roof in just 8 hours. They went above and beyond, not only delivering a beautiful new roof but also taking great care to clean up all debris afterward. You wouldn’t even know construction had taken place.

Quick Review: Stellar work across the board. Jack in sales, Tyler as project manager, John in scheduling and communications, Stevie from the office, and all the others we dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Longer Review: I've not run into a salesperson as knowledgeable of the non-sales aspects of the roofing business and prepared for questions as Jack. It was spectacular how quickly John was able to get us on the schedule, and managed the team dispatching around the weather challenges that came our way. From the original canvasing call to questions I had along the way I always reached Stevie on the office line who was familiar with the case which is so refreshing from calling a businesses office/customer service type line. Even with some oddness from our city, SMR handled every curveball the job at my house threw at us for replacing the roof. Couldn't have chanced upon a better company to have worked with, and I must recommend them if you're looking for someone to have take on your project. Our job was in SE Michigan, which also speaks to their mobility and territory range for customers. We're keeping their contact info for any work we have in the future in other areas/projects of the house now that our roof is no longer going to be a problem.

Tyler was amazing from start to finish, there wasn't a beat he missed, from the initial detailed inspection, to thoroughly explaining all of our options, down to helping us decide a color, we had multiple companies stop out, non of them compare to Tyler and SMR, we went from a old red roof to a "desert rose" that matched what we was looking for perfectly

SMR HomePros did an excellent job on our roof and gutters. Alex went above and beyond. Hardworking crew finished the job quickly and cleaned up completely. I would use SMR again in the future and recommend them

Tyler is awesome!!

We had a new bathroom installed (everything except the toilet). The sales person who came to our house to help us pick everything out and schedule the installation was great. We were not in a rush, so we told SMR to schedule us whenever was convenient for them. We hired SMR in May and they put us on the schedule for August.

We were told it would be a five-day project, and it ended up taking 17 days. On top of that, it wasn’t communicated to us on the fifth day that the project wouldn’t be finished on time. The shower and vanity are great. We have zero complaints.

But they did a horrible job drywalling a large section of one of the walls. We’ve sanded it, spackled it, primed/painted it twice, and there is still significant peeling/cracking. I’ve contacted SMR multiple times and was essentially given instructions on how to fix it, which I had already done on my own, and it didn’t work. They never offered to come out and fix the issue. Once the actual work was started in August, we found the customer service to be poor. Never proactive, always reactive. It should be a no-brainer to make sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied, and it seemed to us that all they cared about was getting paid.

We had multiple companies come out SMR home pros. Sent Alex to give us an estimate, we were very pleased and satisfied with the work. Great pricing, great quality work
