We cannot speak highly enough of the work Southeastern Construction Partners did to renovate one of our commercial spaces. The fire damage was severe, but the finished product shows absolutely no sign of the disaster. They performed the structural repairs with incredible attention to detail, and the air quality and professional cleaning were perfect.

We hired Gary and his team at SEC to replace the main driveway and install a new security gate system at our self-storage facility.

Southeastern Construction Partners LLC has been VERY UNRELIABLE to getting information to me on our new building. I met them on site, walked the property, discussed the plans and was told I'd have a preliminary drawing, pricing within a week.

It's been a few weeks now.

I've called 5 times, texted 3 times and keep getting told "I'm not sure whey they haven't gotten it to you yet."

So far, a big waste of my time. If they build like they try to get a quote done, it might be ready for us to move to by 2050.

Very poor - I'd recommend you use another company.

My wife and I used Southeastern Construction Partners to help us build out a Salon and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every step along the way until it was finished. The owner Gary is a great man with decades of experience in the industry. After coming out to the job site initially and looking over the area to quote the project, Gary handed it over to an excellent project manager, Jason, who was always available for all of my questions and made sure that everything got done the way we wanted. Mary with customer service and billing was also easy to work with and was willing to help us in any way possible when necessary as well. Southeastern’s employees will make you feel like family and it’s nice to have a team of professionals who know what they are doing when you take on a big project.
