This company is dishonest. They over promise and under deliver. I would look at other contractors.

This review is for anyone who might be skeptical, like I was at first, and looking for honest feedback. I wasn’t sure where to go for my project or how much it would cost, but Southwest Building Solutions exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, their sales representative Aaron Husk and project manager David Montoya walked me through the entire process. Everything was clear, professional, and surprisingly smooth. To my amazement, they completed the project about 90 days ahead of schedule. The structure is rock-solid, the warranties are outstanding, and the customer service is second to none.

What impressed me the most was the communication. Any time I sent a text or email, I’d get a response within 20 minutes. That kind of reliability gave me total confidence I was in the right hands. I had spoken with other companies before choosing, but the communication and professionalism alone convinced me I had made the right choice with Southwest.

I also want to give a special thank you to the hardworking crew who spent two weeks in my yard. They were not only skilled but also very respectful of my kids, my family, and my property. They took extra precautions that showed how much they care about their work and their customers.

I’m beyond grateful for the entire team. If you’re considering a building project, I highly recommend Southwest Building Solutions. They turned what could have been a stressful process into something truly exceptional.

They don't even pour their own concrete they sud concrete to other companies they make up charge 30% on concrete! They will let you hire concrete contractors to do jod better off !

We chose southwest after doing several searches. We kept coming back to their quality and craftsmanship. Our building was up in a flash. The job site was always left clean and the crew was easy to get ahold of. I would 10 out of 10 recommend them for all your building needs. TJ and Edson are top notch and professional. One of the best decisions I made was to go with SBS for my building. I reached out to other contractors but could never get anyone to come out and discuss the project. Matt from SBS came out the next day and the ball started rolling. He was extremely informative on the way SBS constructs their buildings and why they lead the industry. We quickly began the design stage and moved on to every step during the process. Our project manager David always kept us informed and always over delivered; from permits, building delivery, concrete pour, building erection and finishing touches everything went extremely smooth and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend SBS when looking at getting a shop or building constructed.

Southwest is a top-notch company all the way from sales, to construction, to follow through. They went above and beyond on several occasions! The county and our engineer caused a significant delay with our building project and Southwest was so understanding and called us regularly to see if there was anything they could do to help us and just kept track of everything. When we finally got to building, their staff was very efficient. David Montoya kept us informed, answered all questions quickly, and made sure we were happy at all times. He is one of the most efficient, professional, and kind people we have ever met. Matt is also an amazing employee of Southwest. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and ensured we were happy with EVERYTHING!

One of our contractors that was working on our house build asked if we were happy with Southwest because he was building a steel building at his personal property too. We told him everything Southwest did for us, and he stated, "Man, I knew I should have gone with them." Well, I can truthfully say, everyone should go through them for their build!

Aaron Husk with southwest building solutions came out to my property and he helped me design my 40x55 garage. I had a bit of difficulty with a few details, but he was very helpful with choosing what ended up to be what I am happy with. Work was completed sooner than expected. Now I just have left the things I need to do to finish build out.

Spoke with Matt about an exterior garage for my home. He gave me so many fantastic tips for my first build. I could not thank him enough for his advice. He literally Saved me thousands of dollars just by giving me the knowledge I didn't have before the phone call! Thanks again Matt! You're amazing!

I spoke with Matt this morning about a building for my home. He was very helpful and suggested that I might call two other people because his building probably wouldn’t be suitable for my needs.
