1st time coming here and wasnt even acknowledged when entering building. Lady behind desk needs a new job with her attitude seems like I was an inconvenience. I'd rather go deal with Home depot then be talked to like im inconveniencing her. Asked one simple question and was talked to like I was wasting her time.. I know construction places ain't all flowers and unicorns but it would be nice to be talked to like I was a paying customer and not some bum. Sadly customer service is out the window nowadays. . I like going to a place where I want to come back to and feel appreciated especially in this economy where your customers will make you or break you.. I wont be going back, and hopefully this lady learns life too short to be cocky

Called in advance to get a quote and when I arrived to the store they changed the price to everything by two dollars.

Absolutely Rude, and Unprofesional. The guy from the business started shouting at us when we were waiting in line for the school next door. Yelled at at us that you can't block the dive way, saying I don't care where you go but you can't stay here and threatened to call the police. Since we are on a public street not on your private property & there are NO don't block the box white stripes on the road to indicate don't stop there. The person from Steelers is acting like he owns the road in front of his business where he dosnt the city of Glendale & the state of Arizona owns the road that's why we pay taxes! If you are not happy with the school and the endless lime of parents picking up thir kids from the charter school - take it up with the city council and your city leaders to invoke change. Otherwise the line will not go away and we have every right to be there, so don't take out your anger on the parents or guardian of the kids. Yelling is Assault!

Great service!! Fast and way better prices than home Depot

Had a huge nest of drywall panels delivered today and it went off without a hitch! Can't believe they got all these 4x8 panels through my itty-bitty window without damaging it or anything else! They were fast and professional and stacked them all where I told them to without taking forever. Highly recommend!
